Let's get started:

Open the template in psp delete these

half circle

black line

left big border

right big border

right small white circle

left small white circle

Click on left big circle selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Do the same to right big circle

From the kit copy and paste frame image resize 45% position

over left big circle duplicate and move over the right big circle

Copy and paste tulle5 image resize 55% move to top middle duplicate image flip

Click on rectangle selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste

 a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on small top rectangle do the same as in #5

lick on small bottom rectangle do the same as in #5

Click on top right rectangle do the same as in #5

Click on bottom white rectangle do the same as in #5

Click on black circle selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste

a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice

move to left inside circle delete select none change blend node on tube to luminanceL

Click on border circle do the same as in #5

From the kit copy and paste rose image resize 45% move to ottom left

see tag as placement duplicate image mirror image flip

Copy and paste bow2 image resize 5% move to left side duplicate image mirror

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position on right side of circle

Copy and paste candlewrose image resize 35% position at bottom left side

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice

Add your name and copyright

Image resize 85% all layers checked

Delete the bottom white layer

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 9 times for a total of 10

 Still in animation shop open up my candlefire edit select all edit copy
 click back on the original tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames
 position over the first candle than paste over the second candle

Save as a gif
ALL DONE
