In psp open a new image 600 by 600

From the scrapkit copy and paste element38 image resize 65%
with selection tool set to rectangle select the frame
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
Copy and paste your tube of choice position to the left side
resize if needed delete select none move paper under frame
than move tube under frame change tube to luminanceL

Click on top of frame copy and paste your tube again position on right side

From the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright
ALL DONE
