Girls Night In
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP

Lets Start:

Open a new image 650by650

From the kit copy and paste window image resize 75% move up slightly

From the kit copy and paste cityscrape image resize 75%
position in the window than move under the window

With selection tool set to rectangle select part of the window from my supplies
copy and paste nightstarsbg image invert delete select none move under the cityscrape

In layer palette click on top layer from the kit copy and paste ruffleswag
image resize 30% position on the left side duplicate image mirror

Copy and paste martiniglass image resize 20%
position like the lady is holding it

From the kit copy and paste rosecandle image resize 30% position

Copy and paste any embellishments of choice see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice

Add your name and copyright

Copy merged paste in animation shop duplicate 15 times for a total of 16

From my supplies open up the candlefire edit select all edit copy
click back on the tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames
position on one of the candles do the same to the other candle

Still in animation shop open up the bubbles
do the same as in #12 above but put in the martini glass

Save as a gif
