Let's Start

In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

Copy and paste a paper of choice add your mask of choice merge group

From the kit copy and paste frame4 image resize 85%

 move down very slightly

With magic wand click inside frame selection modify expand by4
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
 select none move under frame

Click on frame with magic wand click inside the top left heart selection modify expand by3
 add a new raster layer flood fill with color of choice select none
 move under the frame rename heart1

Click on the next heart with magic wand do the same as in #5
above but use a different color rename heart2

Keep doing as you did in #5 above but alternate colors

You should end up with 16 heart layers

Click on the top layer copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position where you like see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice position where you like

Add your name and copyright

If you do not want to animate save as a png

To Animate:

Click on Heart1 and X that layer out copy merged
 paste into animation shop
