Up All Night
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP

In psp open the template delete :

In layer palette click on left rectangle go to selection select all
float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert
delete select none duplicate image mirror delete the original
also click on the left glitter rectangle duplicate image mirror
make sure it is under paper

Click on right recrangle do the same as in #2 above
also make sure you do the glitter rectangle

Click on oval one selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer
flood fill with color of choice I used #ef3794 delete select none
go to adjust add noise use settings of choice delete the original layer

Click on oval two selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original layer

Click on the circle layer selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste element81 image resize 150
selection invert delete select none move under
the black circle frame delete the original

In layer palette click on black circle frame copy and paste your tube of choice
position in middle resize if needed

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice resize and position

Add your name and copyright
image resize of choice

Save as a png
