Sexy And I Know It

Open a new image 600 by 600 white background

Use a fat font to make the word SEXY move down some
than go to adjust add remove noise add noise of choice

Add And I know It and I am position where you like

From my supplies copy and paste the heart lines move to bottom of tag in layer palette
see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white background layer

Save as a png
ALL DONE
