Let's get started:

In psp open a new imag 600 by 600 flood fill with white we will delete it later

From the kit copy and paste a paper of choice apply your mask merge group

Copy and paste these elements:

element58 resize 135%

element18 resize 80%

element17 resize 70%

element3 resize 40%

your tube resize if needed

element13 resize 15%

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice

 resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white layer

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 15 times for a total of 16

Open up the twinkies from my supplies edit select all edit copy click back on the tag

 edit select all edit paste into selected frames position on top of the stone

Still on the tag go to edit select all animation frame properties set to 5 click ok

Save as a gif
