In psp open the template delete :

Than go to image canvas size 700 by 600

Click on bottom background layer from the kit
 copy and paste a paper of choice apply your mask of choice merge group

Click on circle1 selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
 select none delete the original

Click on circle2 selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer
flood fill with color of choice select none go to adjust add noise of your choice

Click on circle3 do the same as in #4 above

Click on rectangle do the same as in #4 above than selection select all again
 modify expand by4 add a new raster layer flood fill with color of choice
 select none apply noise of choice move under the rectangle layer

Click on shape1 do the same as in #7 above

Click on frame background selection select all float defloat
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
 copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position in frame
delete select none delete the original

Copy  and paste your tube of choice position
on the left side see my tag as reference

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
 resize and position see my tag as reference

Add drop shadow of choice
