Open the template image resize 700 by 600 delete these layers:

credits, all 3 smallbluecircle layers and wordart

In layer palette click on white glitter add a drop shadow of choice

Click on black oval selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste paper2 selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on grey oval selection select all float defloat
 from the kit copy and paste paper3 selection invert delete
than go to selection modify expand by 2 add a new raster layer
flood fill with a color from your tube I used #bc1358 select none
 move under paper3 delete the grey oval layer

Click on tone colorize with same color #bc1358

Click on gradiendglowblackcircle selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste paper2 selection invert delete
 than copy and paste your close up tube of choice delete select none
 click back on paper2 selection modify expand by2 add a new raster layer
 flood fill with  #bc1358 select none move under paper2 delete the original

Copy and paste jukebox image resize 85% move to left side

Copy and paste wordart4 as  a new image with selectiom tool set to freehand
go around the word cool copy and paste onto your tag go back to wordart select none
than select baby copy paste onto tag line the two layers up than merge visible
 position at bottom of tag

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position yo the left see my tag as reference

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice
 resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the white background reize 85% all layers checked
save as a png
