Cute -Ness
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Open the template in psp delete these layers:
credits
left circle
left circle frame
left rectangle
left square frame
left square

In layer palette click on right square rectangle selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on right circle do the same as in #2

Click on large square do the same as in #2

Click on white square with magic wand selection modify expand by2 copy and paste your tube head shopt as a new layer image resize to fit inside selection invert delete select none

Click on copy of small square left with magic wand selection modify expand by2 copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on small square right do the same as in #6 above

Copy and paste your tube to the left side see my tag as reference

From the kit copy and paste and resize any elements of choice
let your mind go wild see my tag as reference

Click on the word cute ness add a gradient glow of choice

Add your name and copyright

Image resize all layers checked 75%

Save as a png
