In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

From the scrapkit copy and paste frame3 image resize 80%
with magic wand click inside frame selection modify expand by 10
copy and paste paper of choice selection invert delete select none
move under the frame merge visible duplicate on the original
go to adjust blur gaussian blue radius 10.00 than go to image resize 110%

Click on top frame from the kit copy and paste ivy
image resize 75% move to top left side of frame

Copy and past bow1 image resize 45%
move to top right side of frame

Copy and paste your tube resize if needed position in middle

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize see my tag as reference
