Open up the template in psp delete these layer:

word art
circle3
circle4
circle5
tiny circle
mask

Click on rectangle1 selection select all float defloat
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on rectangle2 do the same as in #2

Click on rectangle3 do the sdame as in #2

Click on circle1 selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste your tube of choice selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position inside circle delete
select none change blend mode on tube to luminanceL delete the original circle

Click on circle2 do the same as in #5

Click on white strip do the same as in #2

Copy and paste your tube of choice again position in middle of tag

Copy and pastethese elements see my tag as reference
