Mobsters-PTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Open the template in psp go to image resize 85% than canvas size 700 by 700

Delete these layers:
raster1
raster12
raster11

Click on materials palette change foreground color to color of choice
than click on change to target brush and colorize these raster10

Click on raster4 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Do the same to these layers as you did in #4

Copy and paste your tube of choice move to the right side

From the kit copy,paste and resize elements of choice
position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Image resize 85% all layers checked

Delete the bottom white layer

Save as a png
ALL DONE
