Spring Is In Bloom-FTU
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

Let's Start

In psp open the template delete these layers:
by missy
wordart
wordart back

Click on the bottom white background layer from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice go to layers load/save mask load mask from disk
apply mask of choice merge group

Click on frame back go to selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice
resize if needed position inside rectangle delete select none delete the original rectangle1

Do the same to these layers as you did in #3 above

Click on rectangle1 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste
a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Do to these layers as you did in #5 above

Make sure you are on top layer in palette and copy and paste
your tube of choice again position in middle

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice from the kit
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add drop shadows of choice

Add your name and copyright

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 14 times for a total of 15

From my supplies open the butterflies edit select all edit copy click back on the tag
we just duplicated edit select all edit paste into selected frames position where you like

Save as a gif
