Sweet Irishland

Lets Start:
1
Open the template in psp delete raster1,got snow black and got snow bg

Click on black stripped bg edit select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Do the same to black oval frame as u\you did in #2 above

Do the same to grey rounded circle frame as in #2 above

Do the same to white rectangle as in #2 above

Do the same to black rectangle frame as in #2 above

Do the same to thin gray rectangle as in #2 above

From the kit copy and paste element 8 resize 85% position at top

From the kit copy paste and resize any other elements of choice
