 Open the template in psp delete these layers:
credits
trangle2
trangle1

Click on dark grey circle selection select all float defloat copy and paste a paper of choice
 selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on wordspread selection select all float defloat add a new layer
 floodfill with color of choice I used black select none lower the opacity to around 53
 delete the original

Click on black circle do the same as in #2

Click on white circle selection select all float defloat copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
 delete select none on the tube change to luminanceL delete the original circle

Click on rectangle1 do the same as #2

Click on rectangle2 do the same as in #2

Click on strip1 do the same as in #2

Copy and paste E20 see my tag as position

Copy and paste your tube again position on the left side

E48 image resize 70%
E42 resize 70%

Click on wordart selection select all float defloat add a new layer
 flood fill with color of choice select none delete the original
