Open a new 600 by 600 image

From the kit copy and paste element45 with magic wand click inside frame

 selection modify expand by 4 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice

 I used paper 3 selection invert delete select none move under frame

From the kit copy and paste element15 image resize 65%

 move to the left side inside frame

Copy and paste element 54 move to the bottom of frame inside

Copy and paste your tube resize if needed position

like she is lying on the grass

From the scrapkit copy and paste any other elements of choice
