Lets Start:

Open the template in psp delete copyright and raster1

 With magic wand click inside oval hit delete from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
 selection invert delete select none move under the oval

Click on pink circle selection select all float defloat
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on the black circle do the same as in #3 above

Click on black frame2 do the same as in #3 above but
DO NOT SELECT NONE
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
 position delete now select none

Click on black frame4 do the same as in #5 above

Click on frame 2 do the same as in #3 above
do the same to frame4

Click on black frame do the same as in #5 above
do the same to black frame3

Click on frame1 do the same as in #3 above
do the same to frame3

Copy and paste your tube again position in middle of tag

Click on wordart colorize of choice

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice

Add your name and copyright

Click on the bottom layer add a new raster layer floodfill with paper of choice
 move to bottom add your mask of choice merge group

Save as a png
