Loveable Princess-FTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

Let's get started:

Open up a new image 600 by 600 floodfill with white

From the kit copy and paste as19 with magic wand click inside frame
selection modify expand by 2 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position inside frame delete select none

Copy and paste your tube again on the right side of frame

Copy and paste as20 position on left side of frame

Copy and paste as36resize 75% move to bottom of frame

Copy and paste as13 image resize 45% position on the bottom left of take

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice
resize position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Click on your tube layer duplicate 2 times for a total of 3
rename tube1 tube2 tube3

With magic wand click on tube1 dress until all the dress is clicked
go to effects dsb flux bright noise intensity 35 click mix one time
DO NOT DESELECT click on tube2 apply same plugin but click mix2 times
DO NOT DESELECT click on tube3 apply same settings
but click mix3 times now select none

Click on bottom white layer and delete

In layer palette X out tube2 tube3 copy merged paste into animation shop

Back in psp X out tube1 tube3 un X tube2 copy merged
paste in animation shop after the last layer

Back in psp X out tube1 tube2 un X tube3 copy merged
paste in animation shop after last layer

Stay in animation shop now still on your tag edit select all edit copy
click on the last layer edit paste after current layer click on last layer
and paste after current layer you should have 9 layers now click on the last layer
and duplicate you name have 10 layers

Open up my candlefire edit select all edit copy click back on the tag
edit select all edit paste into selected frames position on top of candle

Save as a gif
ALL DONE
