Let's Start:

Open up the template in psp

Click on black squares selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none

delete the original

Click on pink circle selection select all float defloat from the kit

 copy and paste discoball1 selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on dark pink squares selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on black square2 selection select all float defloat

add a new raster layer flood fill with color of choice

 copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed

 hit delete on keyboard select none on the tube

change blende mode to luminanceL delete the original

Copy and paste your tube of choice again resize if needed

position in middle of tag

Copy and paste wordart resize if needed position at bottom of tube

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice

 resize if needed see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Click on bottom white layer and delete

Save as a png
