In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

From the scrapkit copy and paste frame2 image resize 95%
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice resize 60% move under frame

Copy and paste your tube of choice move to left side

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Click on top of frame and type out any text you like I used:
MAGICAL WORLD WE LIVE IN

Add your name and copyright

Copy merged paste intp animation shop duplicate
 14 times for a total of 15

Still in animation shop open the butterflies from my supplies
edit select all edit copy click back on the original tag edit select all edit paste
into selected frames do this as many times as you like place where you like

Save as a gif
ALL DONE
