Dreams Do Come True
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Open a new image in psp 615 by 615 transparent backgrund

From the kit copy and paste frame1 image resize 45% with magic wand click inside frame
selection modify expand by 2 copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert
delete move under the frame select none

Click on top frame in layer palette copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position duplicate move the bottom tube under the frame than on the top tube move the opacity down to around 55 and erase the part that shows over the flower and ribbon move opacity back to normal

Copy and paste ribbon heart1 image resize 110% duplicate on the bottom heart go to adjust blur Gaussian blur at 10

Copy and paste flower swag1 image resize 80% move to bottom of tag

Copy and paste bow4 image resize 45% move on top of flowers

Copy and paste flower11 image resize 30% move to the left side see my tag as reference
duplicate image mirror

copy and paste tag3 position at bottom of flowers

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice see my tag as reference
