Let's Start:

Open the template in psp delete raster1

Click on copy of raster9 selection select all float defloat

 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none

delete the original

Do the same to these layers as you did in #2 above

Click on raster6 selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete

 copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position inside square

 delete select none change the blend on the tube to luminancel delete the original

Do the same to copy of raster6 as you did above in #4

Click on raster7 and copy of raster7 colorize of choice

Copy and paste your tube of choice again position in middle of tag resize if needed

From the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice

resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete bottom white layer

Image resize all layers checked of choice

Save as a png
