In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

From the kit copy and paste element90 with magic wand click inside

selection modify expand by3 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice

 selection invert delete select none move under the frame

From the kit copy and paste element50 as a new layer

 move toward the bottom of frame

From the kit copy and paste element29

 move to the left side see my tag as reference

Copy and paste element37 move to bottom of frame

Copy and paste element49 move to bottom of frame

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice resize if needed

 and position see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice position to the right side
