Pretty Kitty-PTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP
In psp open the template delete the credits
Supplies needed:

Let's get started:
1In psp open the template delete the credits

Click on rectangle selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of chpoce selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on pink rectangle1 do the same as in #2

Click on pink rectangle2 do the same as in #2

Click on circle1 do the same as in #2

Click on circle2 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize position in middle of circle delete select none on the tube change blend mode to luminanceL delete the original circle

Click on film strip back than in your foreground colors pick a color I used #a9819f than click on your change to target and colorize the film strip than with selection tool click select the left box copy and paste your tube resize position inside block delete select none change blend mode to luminanceL do the same to the other 3 boxes

Click on film strip by kristrn selection select all float defloat flood fill with black select none

Click on large stars colorize as in #7
do the same to pink dotted lines
and small stars

Copy and paste your tube on top of black film strip

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice resize
and position see my tag as reference

Delete the white background

Image resize of choice all layers checked

x out the main tube layer

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 3 times for a total of 4

Open up my supplies in animation shop click on the heart sparkle stars edit select all edit copy click back on the tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames position on the top right black strip keep doing this until all the top is lined than do the same to the bottom of black strip

Click on heart sparkle stars vertical do the same as in #16
but put on the right and left side of black strip

Save as a gif
