Party Started
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

Lets Start:

Open the template in psp delete
copyright and stars

Click on bg layer floodfill with white will delete later

Add a new raster layer from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
than go to layers load/save mask apply mask of choice merge group

Click on gray strip2 selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice resize of choice
selection invert delete select none delete the original layer

Do the same as above to these layers:
Strip3
White bg
Filmstrip
Blue frame2
Blue frame

Click on gray square2 selection select all float defloat
add a new raster layer floodfill with color of choice
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
selection invert delete select none delete the original
on the tube layer change to luminanceL

Do the same to gray square as you did in #6 above

Copy and paste your tube of choice again position in middle of tag

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white background layer now

Image resize of choice all layers checked
Save as a png
ALL DONE
