Let's get started:

Open a new image 600 by 600 transparent

From the kit copy and paste frame1 image resize 115%

click inside frame selection modify expand by2 copy and paste a paper of choice

 selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice position to the left side

 resize if needed delete select none move the frame on top of everything

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice resize if needed

 position see my tag as reference

Add any says you want at the bottom I used IT'S A GIRL THING

Add your name and copyright

Click on the frame layer duplicate 2 times for a total of 3

rename frame1 frame2 and frame3

Click on frame 1 go to selection select all float defloat go to effects plugins dsb flux-bright noise

intensity50 click mix1 time DO NOT DESELECT

Click on frame2 apply same setting but click mix 2 times

Click on frame3 apply same settings but click mix3 times select none now

In layer palette X out frame2 frame3

copy merged paste into animation shop

Back in psp X out frame1 and frame3 unX frame2

copy merged paste into animation shop after current layer

Back in psp X out frame1 frame2 unX frame3

copy merged paste into animation shop after last layer

Save as a gif
