Let's Start

Open the template delete credit and yeah i'm a bitch wordart

go to image canvas size 700 by 600 and in the top put

 257 the bottom 55 everything else stays the same

Click on purple rectangle selection select all float defloat

 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection

 invert delete select none delete the original

Do the same to these layers as you did in #2 above:

bluerectangle

pink rectangle

bottom frame fill

stars

top fill frame

With magic wand click inside the left top fill frame copy and paste your tube of choice

resize selection invert delete select none do the same to the other 2 squares

Copy and paste your tube again position on top like she is laying on it

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyrigt

Click on the bottom layer add a new raster layer flood fill

 with color of choice add your mask merge group

Click on the bottom white layer and delete
