In psp open a new image 600 by 600 white background

From the kit copy and paste frame3 image resize 80% with magic wand

click inside frame selection modify expand by 2 copy and paste a paper of choice

selection invert delete select none move under the frame

Click back on the top frame copy and paste your tube of choice

 position in middle of frame see my tag as reference

Copy and paste :

littleimp resize 75%

lilyskull resize 65%

lilyskull2 resize 55%

flower resize 90%

butterfly resize 45%

ipod resize 60%

loveflower resize 90%

Move under frame -

Copy and paste

weirdswirlie resize 60% duplicate image mirror

rainbow3 resize 80% move to right top

splatter1 resize 90% move to left top

duplicate image flip

Click on top layer in layer palette

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white background

Save as a png
