Plugin:

Xenofex2 -little fluffy clouds

Let's Start:

Open a new image 600 by 600 flood fill with any color

Go to effects xenofex2- little fluffy clouds

 apply in the clouds settings

From the kit copy and paste grass move up to almost center see my tag as reference

 duplicate 2 times arrange so the botttom of image is all grass

Copy and paste clouds move to top

Copy and paste tree1 turn tree slightly to the left move under grass layer

Copy and paste cafe set image resize 70%

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed

 position like she is sitting in chair

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice

 resize and position see my tag as reference

Add a new raster layer to top of layer go to selection select all modify contract by 5

 selection invert copy and paste a paper of choice delete select none

Add your name and copyright

Save as a png

ALL DONE
