 Open the template in psp go to image resize 75% all layers checked 
delete the credit

Click on violet circle2 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select all delete the original

Click on violet circle1 do the same as in #2

Click on purple square2 do the same as in #2

Click  on purple square1 do the same as in #2

Click on lt purple square2 selection select all selection select all float defloat
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete 
copy and paste your tube of choice resize if need position in middle of circle
 delete select none delete the original circle on the tube layer change blend mode to luminanceL

Open el39 with select tool draw a square over the word bad copy paste on your tag at bottom left 
do the same to the other words
