In psp open a new image 600 by 600 white background

From the kit copy and paste frame2 image resize 90% position in middle of tag

Click inside frame selection modify expand by2 copy and paste a paper of choice
 copy and paste your tube of choice erase the bottom part that over hangs the frame
 select none move paper under frame

Copy and paste rose and feather2 move under the tube 
position on left side duplicate image mirror

Click on top of tube copy and paste charm1 image resize 80%
 position on left side of frame

Copy and paste bow3 image resize 40% position on top of charm

Copy and paste hearts1 image resize 55% image mirror
 position on the top right side of frame

Copy and paste lips1 image resize 45% position on the right side of frame

Copy and paste word art position and bottom of tag

Copy and paste kitty1 image resize 55% image mirror position on left side beside tube

From the kit copy,paste and resize any elements of choice see my tag as placement

Add your name and copyright

Delete bottom white background
