Summer Breeze-FTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Open the template in psp image resize 70%
all layers checked delete the credits

Click on wordart2 and 1 move them slightly over to the right

Click on dark grey oval selection select all float defloat
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on lt blue rect do the same as in #3

Click on grey strip do the same as in #3

Click on blue circle selection select all float defloat
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice position inside circle hit delete on keyboard
select none on your tube layer change to luminanceL delete the original

Copy and paste beaded frame2 image resize 65% position over circle

Click on black circle do the same as in #3

Click on white circle do the same as in #3

Click on black rectangle do the same as in #3

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Do not copy pinwheel1

Add your name and copyright

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 11 times for a total of 12

From my supplies open the windspool edit select all edit copy
click back on the tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames
see my tag as positioning still on the tag edit select all
animation frame properties change the number to 16

Animation resize 90%

Save as a gif
ALL DONE
