This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's Start

In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

From the kit copy and paste frame1 image resize 40%
click inside frame with magic wand selection modify expand by 4
 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice image resize 20%
 delete select none move under the frame

Click on frame copy and paste your tube of choice as a new layer
 resize if needed at the bottom of tube erase any of the tube that is hanging over frame

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice
resize see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Useing a font of choice type out KISS move to bottom of tag
go to effects dsb flux bright noise intensity45 click mix one time
copy merged paste into animation shop

Back in psp click undo than apply same bright noise as above
 click mix one time copy merge paste into animation shop

Back in psp do the same as in #7 above

Still in animation shop edit select all click on the last frame
edit paste after last frame keep doing this until you have a total of 9

Open up my heart2 from my supplies edit select all it copy
click back on the original tag edit select all edit paste into select frames
 position like she is blowing them see my tag as reference

Save as a gif
