Party Girl
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Open the template image resize 85% all layers checked
delete these layers:
credits

Click on large circle selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
select none delete the original

Click on left circle selection select all float defloat from the kit
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice image resize if needed paste into circle
delete select none delete the original circle

Click on right circle do the same as in #3

Copy and paste your tube again resize if needed position in middle of circle

Click on word glitz than click foreground color and pick a color from the kit
than click on change to target and colorize the word glitz

Click on word art do the same as in #2

From the kit copy paste and resize any elements of choice see my tag as reference
