Hottie-PTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

Let's get started:

Open a new image 600 by 500 transparent background

From the kit copy and paste sign position at bottom of image rename word1

From the kit copy and paste frame3 image resize 80% move up slightly
from word see my tag as placement

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position on top of words and frame rename tube1

With magic wand click inside of middle frame selection modify expand by 2
copy and paste a paper of choice image resize 50% selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice resize place inside frame delete select none
move paper than tube under frame

With magic wand click inside left frame selection modify expand by2
from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice image resize 50%
selection invert delete select none move under the frame
do the same to the right side of frame

Click on top of frame from the kit copy and paste banner
position on top of frame renane banner1

Click on banner1 with magic wand click inside the hearts and flags duplicate 2 times
rename banner2 banner3 click on banner1 go to effects DSB Flux-Bright Noise
apply these settings:intensity 45 click mix1 time keep selected

Click on banner 2 apply same settings but click mix2 times keep select

Click on banner3 apply same settings but click mix3 times select none

Click on tube1 with magic wand click inside her panties and do the same as in #8

Click on tube2 do the same as in #9

Click on tube3 do the same as in #10

Click on words1 with magic wand click inside each letter and do the same as in #8

Click on words2 do the same as in #9

Click on words3 do the same as in #10

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice resize
and place see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

In layer palette X out :
banner2 banner3
tube2 tube3
word2 word3
copy merged paste into animation shop

Back in psp X out :
banner1 banner3
tube1 tube3
unX banner2 tube2 word2
copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Back in psp X out these layers
banner1 banner2
tube1 tube2
word1 word2
un X banner3 tube3 word3
copy merged paste into animation shop after the last layer
