In psp open up a new image 600 by 600

From the kit copy and paste scene2

From the kit copy and paste car and surboards image resize 40%

position in middle of sand

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position on the right side

Click on the sun with magic wand add noise of choice

Add your name and copyright

Click on top layer in palette add a new raster layer go to selection select all

selection contract by 4 selection invert add a color of choice invert select none

With magic wand click inside frame add a new raster layer

floodfill with color of choice go to alien skin xenofex2 little fluffy cloud

s apply wispy morning are cloud of your choice select none move down to bottom of layer

Save as a png
