Let's Start:

Open a new 600 by 600 image transparent

From the kit copy and paste paper 5

From the kit copy and paste element60 position at bottom of tag

see my tag as reference

Copy and paste element 59 position on top of water see my tag as reference

Copy and paste element 53 image resize 75% move under the sand on the left side

Copy and paste element 4 image resize 55% move under the sand

and position a little from the right side see my tag as reference

From the kit copy and paste any other elements of choice resize

and position see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position

Copy and paste any wordart from kit you like and position

Add your name and copyright

Click on top layer in palette add a new raster layer go to selection select all

selection modify contract by 4 selection invert flood fill with color of choice

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 29 times for a total of 30

From my supplies open the fish animation edlit select all edit copy click back on your tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames position in water where you like

Save as a gif
