Glitzy Dame-PTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Open a new image 600 by 425 flood fill with white

Copy and paste bling frame1 image resize 85% with magic wand
click inside frame selection modify expand by2 add a new raster layer
copy and paste into selection a paper of choice select none move under the frame

From the kit copy and paste circle2 image resize 80% with selection tool
cut out 3 circles position at top right click inside each circle selection modify expand by2
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube in the first circle resize hit delete do the same to the other 3 circles select none move the tubes under the circles

Copy and paste your tube on top of frame resize if needed

Copy, paste resize these:
blinkystitches pink 75%
bracket 50%
bow2 pink 35%
flair 30%
star2 30%

Add the words Glitzy Dame are words of choice

Add your name and copyright

Delete the bottom white layer

Save as a png
