In psp open up the template delete credits and wordart

In psp open up the template delete credits and wordart

Click on left rectangle selection
select all float defloat delete
from the kit copy and paste a
paper of choice invert delete select none

Do the same as you did above in #2
to these layers:
right rectangle,oval
thin rectangle,circle

Click on pink circle selection
select all float defloat delete
from the kit copy and paste a
paper of choice selection invert delete
copy and paste your tube of choice
resize if needed delete

Click on top layer copy and paste
your tube again position on right side

Click on left star selection select
all float defloat floodfill
with color of choice select none
add a bevel of choice

With magic wand click inside left
star selection modify expand by2
add a new raster layer floodfill
with color of choice select none
add a noise of choice move this
under the star

Click on right star do the same as
you did in #7 above

Colorize your music notes if you
like

From the kit copy and paste any
elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as
reference

Add your name and
copyright

Image resize of choice all layers
checked
Save as a png
