Open a new image 700 by 700

From the kit copy and paste BD44 resize 80% click inside with magic wand

( make sure you click  inside all little spaces) selection modify expand by2

 copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none move under the frame

Click on top frame copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Image resize 85% all layers checked

Save as a png
