Let's get started:

In psp open the template resize 75% all layers checked

delete these layers:

credit

raster1

arrow1

arrow2

glitter line1

glitter line2

heartbreaker

Click on pink rect2 selection select all float defloat from the kit

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on pink rect1 do the same as in #2 above

Click on pink circle do the same as in #2 above

Click on black circle2 do the same as in #2 above

Click on pink square2 selection select all float defloat copy and paste

 your paper of choice selection invert delete than copy and paste your tube

 of choice resize if needed position inside square hit delete select none

 change the blende on the tube to luminaceL delete the original

Click on pink square1 do the same as in #6 above

 Copy and paste your tube of choice again resize if needed
 position in middle of tag

Copy and paste wordart1 image resize 65% move to the bottom
of tag slightly to the right side

Copy and paste element21 image resize 55% move to the left side

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice
 resize and position see my tag as reference
