Spring Into Easter
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

In psp open a new image 600 by 600

In psp open a new image 600 by 600

From the scrapkit copy and paste the frame image resize 40%

With magic wand click inside frame from scpkit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete select none move under the frame

Click on top frame layer from the kit copy and paste fence image resize 45%
move to bottom of frame with pick tool move down a little see my tag as reference

From the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize and position see my tag as reference

Add your tube of choice resize if needed

Add your name and copyright

Save as a png
