Open a 600 by 600 image transparent

From the kit copy and paste element10 position at bottom of image

Copy and paste these elements :

element 18 resize 65%

element29 resize 65%

elemt14 resize 40%

any other elements of choice resize and position see my tag as reference

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed

From the kit copy and paste a paper of choice load mask of choice merge group

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 14 times for a total of 15

Open up my animation edit select all edit copy click back on the tag edit select all

 edit paste into selected frames position in the first light do the same to the other 2 lights

Save as a gif

ALL DONE
