Let's get started:

Open the template in psp go to image resize 75% all layers checked
delete credits and words

Click on glitter rectangle right in your color box foreground change color to #00acc2
 than click on your change to target and color the right rectangle

Click on rectangle right selection select all float defoat from the kit
 copy and paste a color of choice selection invert delete select none delete the original

Click on left glitter rectangle do the same as in #2

Click on rectangle left do the same as in #3

Dotted lines2 color as in #2 than duplicate image mirror

Oval selection select all float defloat add a new raster layer floodfill with color #00acc2
than go to effects texture effects blinds apply these settings:
with3 opacity55 color back put a check in both boxes
select none delete the original

Glitter rectangle do the same as in #2

Dotted rectangle color as in #2

Copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed position in middle of rectangle

From the kit copy and paste wordart1 color the word love as in #2

Copy merged paste into animation shop duplicate 7 times for a total of 8

Open up the boombox in animation shop edit select all edit copy click back on the tag edit select all edit paste into selected frames position where you like

Save as a gif
