Diva
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

Let's get started:

Opena new image 700 by 700 transparent background2
Copy and paste frame1 with magic wand click inside frame
selection modify expand by 3 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize if needed
position inside frame delete select none move the paper under the frame
than move the tube under frame on the tube change blend mode to luminanceL

In layer palette click on top layer from the kit copy and paste WA2 image resize 90%
move down dome see my tag as reference with magic wand click inside each letter
selection modify expand by 3 from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice
selection invert delete select none move paper under the words

From the kit copy,paste and resize any elements of choice see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Click on the word DIVA duplicate 2 times for a total of 3 rename 1 2 3

Click on 1 go to effects plugins DSB Flux-Bright Noise
change intensity to 48 click mix one time click ok

Click on #2 same settings as in #8 but click mix2 times

Click on #3 same settings but click mix3 times

In layer palette X out #2 and #3
click on #1 copy merged paste in animation shop

Back in psp X out #1 and #3 un X #2
click on #2 copy merged paste in animation shop after current layer

Stay in animation shop go to animation resize 85%
