In psp open the template delete the credits

Copy and paste city as a new layer move to bottom of layer palette move up some

Click on green circle2 selection select all float defloat from the kit 

copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete select none

delete the original

From the kit copy and paste spiked frame resize 80% position over circle

Click on green circle1 do the same as in #3

Do the same as in #4

Click on purple block2 and purple block1 do the same as in #3

Click on brown rectangle2 and brown rectangle1 do the same as in #3

Click on white rectangle2 and white rectangle1 do the same as in #3

Click on black shape do the same as in #3

Click on purple rectangle do the same as in #3

Click on  white square2 selection select all float defloat from the kit copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste your tube of choice resize and position inside square delete select none on the tube change blend mode to luminanceL delete the original square

Click on white square1 do the same as in #12

Click on black rectangle do the same as in #3

Copy and paste your tube of choice again position in middle of tag

Add any word art of choice  if you like position at bottom of tag

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice from the kit

 resize and place where you choose see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Click on crop tool at crop your tag than resize as needed

Save as a png
