Happy Happy Happy Easter
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:

In psp open up a 600 by 600 image

In psp open up a 600 by 600 image

From the scrapkit copy and paste a paper of choice
apply mask of choice merge group

From the scrapkit copy and paste frame2 with magic wand click inside selection
modify expand by6 from the kit copy and paste a paper does not matter which one
selection invert delete select none than go to effects
alien skin xenofex2 little fluffy clouds apply move under frame

Still on the clouds layer from the kit copy and paste sparkles

From the kit copy and paste lolly resize 70% position in middle

Copy and paste your tube of choice position toward bottom of frame

Copy and paste easterbunny image resize 70% move behind tube

Click back on tube layer from the kit copy and paste grass
resize 60% position at bottom of tube with selection tool set to rectangle
on each end delete the grass part hanging over frame select none

Click on top frame from the scrapkit copy and paste any elements of choice
resize of choice position where you like see my tag as reference

From the kit open the egg wordart as a new image
with selection tool set to rectangle select the EASTER word
copy paste onto your tag image resize 50% position at bottom of tag on frame

Click back on the easterwordart select none
now select the HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY words copy click back on tag
paste as a new layer image resize 40% position at top of frameapply glow of choice

Add your name and copyright
Save as a png
