Girlz Rule-FTU
This tutorial was written for those with working knowledge of PSP

In psp open a new image 600 by 600 transparent

From the kit copy and paste frame3 image resize 75%
click inside frame with magic wand selection modify expand by 2
copy and paste a paper of choice selection invert delete copy and paste
your tube of choice resize if needed position inside frame select none
move the paper under frame than move the tube under frame

Click on bottom layer and from the kit copy and paste sf2
position at tha right top and side duplicate move down duplicate
image mirror duplicate move up merge down until all 4 flowers are merged together
duplicate on the bottom flower layer go to adjust blur gaussion blur radius5

Click on the top layer in palette

Copy and paste your tube of choice

From the kit copy and paste any elements of choice from the kit
resize and place see my tag as reference

Add your name and copyright

Save as a png
