Rocker Chicks
This tutorial was written for those
with working knowledge of PSP
Supplies needed:
PSPX3 any version will work
Tube of choice
I used Verymany it is an exclusive tube but there is plenty more you can choose from at:

Let's get started:

Open up a new raster layer 600 by 600 white background
so you can see better of what you are doing will delete later

From the scrapkit copy and paste frame rc93
image resize 75% all layers not checked

Click inside frame with magic wand go to selection modify expand by3
from the kit copy and paste paper6 are one of your choice
selection invert delete select none move under the frame

Copy and paste your tube of choice position erase
any at the bottom that shows over the frame

Copy and paste your word art of choice from the kit position at bottom of tube

From here use your imagination to add other elements from the kit
see mine as a example

Add your name and copyright

Now you can delete the white background
save as a png
All DONE
